Anuar Khalifi participates in Along the Way, a group exhibition at Misk Art Institute, Riyadh.
Taking the legendary journeys of Ibn Battuta as a starting point, ‘Along the Way’ gathers more than 34 artists and 69 works around the idea that movement is at once physical and intellectual, outward and inward. Spanning painting, photography, sculpture, digital practices and rare manuscripts, the exhibition treats mapping as an open, interpretive act shaped by memory, language and lived experience rather than fixed coordinates, and arranges its works as a series of crossings that ask what it means to know through movement.
The exhibition is on view until 31 March 2027.
